Purrfect Angels Resources

Useful Resources & Links

We try to maintain a list of helpful resources for those interested in our work and helping animals in general. We encourage you to look around and hopefully find something that is useful to you. If there are any particular things you can’t find here, feel free to drop us a line. We will be happy to see if we can help you locate the needed information.
The Texas Coalition for Animal Protection is a recognized nonprofit, 501c3 organization that provides compassionate solutions to pet overpopulation and community animal welfare. TCAP accomplishes this goal by making affordable, high quality preventative services available to Texas pet owners. See their website by clicking on their logo.

The Spay Neuter Network (KCAAP) was incorporated as a non-profit organization November 6, 2003 and received a 501(c) 3 federal tax exemption on February 24, 2004. They are the spay/neuter specialists – each year they conduct more spay/neuter surgeries than any other organization in North Texas! Currently, KCAAP alters more than 25,000 animals a year with our two stationary clinics and our Mobile Animal Surgical Hosptial (MASH), which allows us to prevent the birth of hundreds of thousands of unwanted pets each year. KCAAP is run by a mixture of paid staff and dedicated volunteers who work together to improve the lives of pets in North Texas and end euthanasia.  You can reach their site by clicking on their logo.

Dr. Rick Hamlin and the wonderful staff at Mercy Animal Clinic in Garland have been great supporters of Purrfect Angels Animal Rescue. This is one of the primary clinics we use for the care of our animals. We recommend them highly and you can reach them by phone at 972-530-8200 or visit them on the web at mercyanimalclinic.com.
