Harley was trapped in an apartment complex. He has been skittish for about 9 months of his life, even in foster care. Over the past 3 months, he has finally turned into a friendly, handsome, healthy boy. He will let you pet him and tolerates it very well, however, he currently does not seek out your attention. As he continues to be confident with his human, he become more interested in seeking out attention. If you are looking for a lap cat, he is not the right cat for you. If you are looking for a quiet, calm cat who is within sight, then Harley is for you. He will take some time and understanding and his adopter needs to be aware of this. However, you get the best cat after he completely trusts you.
